Raw Feedstock (Alkyd or Latex): Our lowest-cost paint. It will have particles, which will affect the finish. We have customers who purchase this low-cost paint and filter it through a simple, screen-door-type wire mesh to make the paint usable for their application. Raw Feesdtock colours: Off-white, Light Beige, Medium Beige, Brown, Light blue, Dark Blue, Light Green, Dark Green, Purple, Grey and Pink.

 

Export Ready: This grade is coarse filtered and available in totes or pails. We simply pump each tote through a filter and back into the tote. A wet sample drawndown with 3 mm drawdown bar may reveal some small particles, but this paint is suitable for some applications.

 

Contractor: This grade filters the Export Ready grade to 150M, so no particles remain in the coating. This grade will have the finish of a mid-grade virgin paint. In order to offer greater consistency, we also make Contractor in 1900 gallon batches and batch number each container. The end user can select paint from the same batch for use on the same project or even the same wall.

 

Blue Moose: This grade enhances the Contractor grade by making the program available in single gallon cans and colour matching to 2 deltas, a point at which the colour difference is visible but appropriate for applications that do not include painting the same room.

 

Loop Grade: The most sophisticated recycled paint possible. Loop grade is triple filtered to 150 mesh, tested, treated, and rolled out on a wall to ensure quality. This paint is colour matched to our custom range of Loop Premium colours to 0.8 delta — any variation is less than what the human eye can see.
